Vector files (.ai, .eps or .pdf) give the best print. A .jpg or .png works if it is at least 300 dpi. Email it to sales@kennyproducts.com, or upload it when you order online.

It varies by item, and each product page lists its production time. Include the date you need your order when you request a quote.

Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 usually ship for $10 to $15 by UPS Ground, and faster UPS services are available for an added fee. Free shipping does not apply to distributor or reseller accounts.
