What is the process once I placed a customized printed item?

Once we have received all of the your artwork(s) to be printed, we will layout a digital proof and send it via email with 24 hours for your approval. Once your approval is received we will proceed your order to productions. It's that simple!. During the productions stage we will not be able make any changes to your order (except to increase the quantity).


Why are your ID supply items so much cheaper than others?

We specialize in ID Supply items such as lanyards, badge holders, and ID accessories for more than 30 years. All of these items are manufactured at large volumes overseas and comes directly to our warehouse here in Torrance, CA. This way, our cost are generally lower than our competitors and therefore we are delighted to to pass on the savings to you.     


Do you have the items in stock?


Yes, we stock all of our non-printed items and are ready to ship out same day.. Customized products requires additional working days to complete. If for some reason we may be out of a particular product, we will notify you immediately.        


What is your policy on mininum orders?


Our minimum order for most items are 10 pieces. For custom items, most are 100 minimum.  


How do I place an order?

You can either purchase directly online, donwload our order form, fax purchase order, or by calling 1-800-331-5818.


What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept checks, and POs (for most organizations).


Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Yes. We accept only official company or organization issued POs with authorized signiture on it. Please either fax the PO to 310-217-1048 or email to sales@kennyproducts.com.


How much is shipping and handling?

We are delighted to offer you FREE Shipping for orders or $100 or more. Shipping for orders under $100 range from $10 to $15. For faster delivery, we other UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Air service for additional fee. All of our shipping cost are calcuated based on total weight of the order and the destination zip code


How soon will my order be processed and shipped?

When will I receive a copy of my invoice and credit card receipt?

 If you purchase directly online, you will automatically recieve a receipt and e-mail confirmation. Order placed by phone, the receipt will be included in the package.


Can our logo be imprinted?

Yes, your logo can be printed alone or in combination with text. If you have a detailed logo, please send us for review.


How do I request for a Free Quote & Proof?


You may request directly through our website or simply send us an email to sales@kennyproducts.com with your detailed specifications.


How do we get our logo to you?

All original artwork should sent via email to sales@kennyproducts.com. If you place order online you will have an option to upload your artwork directly.


What file format should the artwork be in?

Vector files such as .eps, .ai, and .pdf are the best. If it is a raster image such as .jpg, or .gif, please make sure it is at least 300dpi resolution. The better the artwork, the better looking it will be on the product.


What fonts are available for text logo?

We have hundreds of fonts available for printing. If a specific font is not specified at the  time of order we will set your type in either Arial Regular or Arial Bold in all upper or upper/lowercase depending on the amount of text and the product image area.


How do I qualify and become as a Distributor/Reseller?

If you have a reseller's license or appropriate documents, then you can qualify for our distributor's pricing.The distributor's pricing is different and is lower then the price listed online.
