Pick a material first
Nearly every question we get on the phone comes down to one decision: what the tag is made of. That choice sets the price, the look, and how long it survives a shift. The rest — shape, size, attachment — is easy once the material is settled.
Plastic
Full-color printing edge to edge, light to wear, lowest cost per tag. The default for schools, events and high-turnover staff.
Metal
Aluminum and executive brass with framed or beveled edges. Holds up to years of daily wear and reads as senior.
Window
A printed frame with a slot for an insert card. Swap the name when staff change; the tag itself is bought once.
Chalkboard
Your logo printed permanently, the name written in chalk marker and wiped clean. Made for rotating shifts and volunteers.

You see the layout, the spelling and the color on screen and approve it in writing. Free, and it is why reprints are rare.
