Placing an order:
You may order directly through our website store 24 hours a day. You may also order by phone or fax your order. We also accept an official organization issued purchase order.
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept all forms of checks. Orders paid by credit card can be shipped out right away. Orders to be paid by checks will be hold until the check is received and cleared. Organizations can also open an account with us to qualify to be billed at Net 30 Day Term (credit references required).
Minimum Quantity Requirements:
Most of in-stock (non-customized printed) items have a 10 piece minimum per order. Most customized printed items have a minimum of 100 pieces, some have higher minimums. We will not accept any orders under the minimum quantity requirement.
Each custom printed items have its own production time (refer to each product detail for each production time). Production time starts when we receive your approval of the proof (not when you place the order). Production time does not include shipping time. In-stock items are ready to ship same day.
For custom printed items, upon receivng you order and artwork, we will email you a digital proof within 24 hours. We require your approval of the proof in order to start production.
Changing and Cancellations:
For in-stock items, once order has been placed and shipped, we will not be able to accept a change or cancellation..
For custom printed items, once we have receive your approval of the proof, we will not be able to accept any changes or cancellation.
For in-stock items, you may exchange product within 30 days of purchase. (free shipping will not apply to any exchanges).
For custom printed items, no exchange will be accepted.
There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for all in-stock item returns within 30 days of purchase. All custom printed items are non-returnable, unless there is a defect.
All products are shipped out from Torrance, California. Almost all of our orders are shipped via UPS. We can ship Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air. We also ship internationally as well. We accept shipping with your UPS account. We also accept drop shipment by request.
Our FREE SHIPPING:
Free shipping applies to orders of $100 or more ordered AT ONLINE LISTED PRICING ONLY. Distributors/Resellers who receive a discount pricing will not receive the free shipping. Free Shipping only applies to UPS Ground shipping. Additional charges will be applied to any expedited shipping methods.
All online listed pricing are for our retail sales only. Distributors/Resllers upon sending the appropriate reseller license or documents will receive our distributor's pricing. Please use our website for production details only (not for pricing). Call our customer service to open an account and also receive our current distributor price list. Unfortunately, resellers will NOT recieve the 'free shipping on orders of $100 or more'.
