Fantastic Customer Service

Kenny Products continues to have an issue between the shipping and billing addresses when they are not the same ignoring the shipping address. This has happened with my last 2 orders. After some effort, the order eventually gets to the shipping address. They do provide a quality product at a fair price which is why we continue to order despite their recent shipping issue.

I wish that there were more color options for the lanyards. Also wish there was a way to get cheaper shipping, but other than that I love it.

So far so good. My daughter makes badges for her business and she wont buy the blanks from anyone else!

The most beautiful part is that when I called, someone picked up the phone immediately without going through the pain of listening the a menu and wasting time on dialing different numbers to reach the customer service
